These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thetipsytees.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Tipsy Tees LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Tipsy Tees," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Legal Notice
Notices from Tipsy Tees to you may be posted on the Site and are considered delivered when posted. Notices from you to Tipsy Tees must be sent by email to nicholas@thetipsytees.com with the subject line "Legal Notice," and are considered delivered on the first business day after we receive them.

"Tipsy Tees," the Tipsy Tees logo, and related names and designs are trademarks of Tipsy Tees LLC. The Tipsy Tees golf tee is protected by patent. Nothing on this Site grants you any license to use our trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property without our written permission. Third-party names appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Terms of Use
Information on this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including if we believe an order is fraudulent or that customer conduct violates applicable law or harms Tipsy Tees. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
Product Use and Responsibility
Tipsy Tees are sold empty and contain no alcohol. Each tee holds about ¾ oz of liquid. You are responsible for what you put in them and for using them safely and lawfully. If you choose to fill a tee with an alcoholic beverage, you must be of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States) and must follow all applicable laws and the rules of the course or venue where you play. Never drink and drive, including operating a golf cart. Tipsy Tees is not responsible for how the product is filled or used, or for any consequences of alcohol consumption.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described there.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your payment method is charged when you place your order. We reserve the right to change accepted payment methods at any time.
Shipping and Delivery
Tipsy Tees currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when we deliver the items to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on orders where required by law, based on the shipping address and the applicable tax rate.
Return and Refund Policy
Unopened items: You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Opened or used items: Because Tipsy Tees hold beverages, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tees for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, email nicholas@thetipsytees.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
How to start a return: Email nicholas@thetipsytees.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tipsy Tees disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in this section limits the Return and Refund Policy above.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tipsy Tees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Miscellaneous
Void where prohibited: Our products and offers are void where prohibited by law. We may limit quantities or decline to sell to any person or location.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Colorado or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and you and Tipsy Tees consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tipsy Tees regarding the Site and supersede all prior communications on the subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted to reflect our intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
