Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your Tipsy Tees. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work. This policy is also part of our Terms of Service.

Unopened Items

You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Opened or Used Items

Because Tipsy Tees hold beverages, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tees for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email nicholas@thetipsytees.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email nicholas@thetipsytees.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
